Privacy policy

When you book a call, ask for free ads or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and anything you write in your message.

When you ask for free ads, we also save whether you said yes to texts, along with the date and the page you were on.

To make your free ads, we look at your website and your public business pages, such as your Google listing and Facebook page, for photos, reviews and the services you offer.

We may also look up business contact details that are listed in public, such as on a business's own website, so we can tell owners about our services.

If you become a client, we collect what we need to do the work and to bill you.

This site is for business owners. We do not collect information about our clients' customers through it.

Anything we see while running a client's ads is covered by our agreement with that client, not by this policy.

Most of it comes straight from you, when you book a call, fill in our free ads form or send us an email.

When you book, you are using Google Calendar's booking page. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page as well as ours.

If we emailed you first, we may see whether you opened the email or clicked a link in it.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare keeps basic records of visits, such as the pages opened, the kind of device used and the country of the visitor. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see those totals. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

This site does not use advertising pixels or any other tracking tools.

This site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to help protect the site from attacks.

We use your information to reply to you, hold the call you booked, make the free ads you asked for, send you a quote and follow up about working together.

When you ask for free ads, we email you to say we got your request. If you said yes to texts, we may also text you about your request.

If you are a client, we use it to run your ads and to send your invoices and reports.

We do not use it for anything else.

We use Google Calendar to schedule calls, Gmail to send email and Google Sheets to keep track of free ads requests, so the details you give us are stored with Google. Cloudflare hosts this site.

If you say yes to texts, your name and phone number go to the texting service we use to send them.

Your information is stored in the United States.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

We never share your phone number or your yes to texts with anyone for their own marketing.

If we don't end up working together, we delete your information 12 months after we last heard from you.

If you ask us to stop emailing you, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we don't email you again.

If you become a client, we keep our records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and only the people who need it to do the work can see it.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise it will never be accessed without permission. If that ever happens, we will tell you.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it within 30 days.

You can stop our emails at any time by replying and asking us to stop. You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP.

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not follow you across other websites, and it works the same way whether or not that signal is on.

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
